Preparation Plan for VRO VRA Exams
General Studies:- When we see syllabus, most of the weightage is given for the general studies. Reading of high school level topics will be sufficient. The years, in which the schemes have been introduced by the central, state government, goals like these should be well revised knowledge about the various topics should be updated. In the current affairs government schemes, education, health, population, poverty, industrial field, politically, nationally, internationally important incidents should be known well.
Arithmetic Skills:- In this questions will be asked from the topics like time-work, height-distance, profit and loss, interest, percentage etc…, in this section to score more marks ,model questions should be practiced more. Awareness about problem should be learnt. Awareness level about using the formula according to the situation should be increased. Seven, eight standard math’s topic should be practiced well on the basics of topics will be helpful.
Logical Skills:- In this the questions will be asked from topics like coding / decoding, comparison, relations, numbering, letters, calendar, non verbal reasoning etc…, in this section to score more marks practicing the model questions with awareness and about the topics will be useful. Model questions should be practiced continuously. Not only from the decided syllabus, there will be a chance that some of the questions may be asked on general knowledge also. In every subject topics with special preference will be there.
Specifically:- In the general studies half of the questions will be allocated to come on the basis of village area situations. So full syllabus should be kept in mind and preparation should be related to village area situation topics, it should be searched and must be read. Not only that village improvement, should agricultural field be kept on schemes that have been started by central & state government.
Qualification:- Qualification for VRO’s is intermediate or equally based three years degree course from any government collages. For VRA’s 10th standard or its equivalent passed in any government institutions.
Age limit:- the age limit for VRO’s will be 18- 36 years, whereas for SC, ST, BC is 41 years, for handicaps 46 years, ex servicemen 39 years as age limit. For VRA’s 18-37 years, for SC,ST,BC is 42 years, for handicaps 47 years, Ex servicemen 40 years as age limit.
Examination Fee:- It is Rs.300/- for SC, ST candidates Rs 150/- should be paid for handicaps fully exemption is provided.
Registration Method:- Registration will be available on E-seva, Mee seva, AP Online centre.
Examination method:- Examination will be for 100 marks all the questions will be objective type. Negative marking is not there, for VRO’s post question paper will be at intermediate syllabus, for VRA 10 standard level will be given. All the question paper will be created in Telugu, English, Urdu languages.
- General studies: 60 Marks
- Arithmetic skills: 30 Marks
- Logical reasoning: 10 Marks
In General studies half of the Questions (30 out of 60 questions) will be as like testing the awareness about village areas and people living basis there.
